When The League of Intrapreneurs was launched in 2012, it was based on a hunch - a sense that within our most traditional institutions, from corporations to governments to charities, there was a healthy and growing impatience with the status quo. Employees were seeing the limits of “business as usual” to address real societal challenges. Instead of lamenting this inadequacy, these people were taking action, stepping up and out to create societal change through their day jobs.
The League of Intrapreneurs called these people social intrapreneurs and gave them a place to call home.
Since its founding, the League has inspired a global movement of more than 20,000 intrapreneurs in 60 countries to step into their power and lead change from within. It has also created a tight-knit network of 200+ global fellows and collaborated with dozens of companies to help them develop a culture of intrapreneurship inside.

intrapreneur's compass
Intrapreneur’s Compass is a tool designed with intention to help intrapreneurs reflect on the key dimensions and questions that are fundamental for their intrapreneurial quest.
This tool was created in conjunction with The Intrapreneur’s Guide to Pathfinding, a manual lovingly created by our League of Intrapreneurs global community, a group of mavericks,misfits and change agents who realized early on that there is no road map to the new economy. Getting there will require mastering the ancient art of pathfinding, the
practice of managing by your wits, finding comfort in discomfort, and moving ahead, all the while being unsure what awaits at the end of the path. This guide can be used independently or in combination with The Intrapreneur’s Guide to Pathfinding.
